Employment Advice & Support Manager
The post holder will provide guidance and mentoring services and deliver the IAG contracts. You will be responsible for the management development and delivery of several initiatives including individual and group advice and guidance sessions; networking with other agencies and partners, employer relations initiatives; and pre retirement advice and guidance. You will also have line management responsibility for staff and volunteers.

Our Back on Board Project (BOB) is a well established information, advice and support service for over 50s in North Tyneside. The service helps clients explore choices in personal development; training and employment and then supports clients' progress.
