NECTAR (North East Combined Transport Activists' Roundtable)
NECTAR is an open, voluntary, umbrella body established to provide a forum on transport issues. It provides an opportunity to exchange views and information and is part of a national network of Transport Activist's Roundtables supported by Transport 2000. NECTAR Executive Committee members currently include Transport 2000, Campaign to Protect Rural England, Friends of the Earth, Railway Development Society, Chester-le-Track and Tyne Valley Rail User group but other organisations are welcome.
