North East Assembly
The North East Assembly provides a voice for the region, both nationally and internationally. There are two voluntary and community sector representatives, who were elected in July 2008.
NCVO Members' Assembly
The National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) is the umbrella organisation for the voluntary sector in England. NCVO has recently set up a Members' Assembly, which aims to enable a wider member base to contribute to the development of public policy at NCVO.
