Governance
The VCS Leadership Strategy aims to promote the importance of good governance and the leadership role of trustees. In order to ensure that organisations are better led, and to enable individuals to contribute to the 'collective leadership' of the region, the strategy aims to:
- increase the opportunities for developing VCS boards and
- promote development opportunities for board members
VONNE is also exploring the possibility of establishing a forum for Chairs of boards, to share learning and solve common issues.
