VONNE will use the information you share to create a membership record for your organisation on our database, CiviCRM. Individuals who work for the same organisation who create user records for their VONNE membership are linked to the employing organisation on CiviCRM and your information will be stored until you tell us it is incorrect or you wish to delete it.
We will use the information you share with us in the membership sign up process to send you the e-bulletins you tell us you want to receive and to let you know about membership benefits and offers. We may occasionally send you emails about other VONNE services and events to pursue our legitimate organisational activities but we won’t share your personal information with third parties; transfer your data internationally; or use your data for automatic profiling.
You have the right to know what information we hold about you and you can ask to see it, amend it or have it deleted by emailing us at vonne@vonne.org.uk.
