In the second of our Healthy Communities and Social Prescribing ‘Lunch & Learn’ webinar series, we’re taking a look at how we can effectively work with people in the design and delivery of services.

What are the principles and resources we should use to guide us? What are the common pitfalls?

This webinar will be relevant to people involved in the design and delivery of health and wellbeing services and projects. We’ll explore two examples from our region of how co-design and co-production can help build stronger health and wellbeing offers.

Ang Broadbridge, Ways to Wellness, will share a case study on how the experiences of women with lived experience have been central to the development and delivery of their Maternal Mental Health Programme.

Lorna Dawson from the Health Literacy team at South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Trust, will share their approach to working with communities in the development of new approaches to health information.
