Dulverton Trust – change in priorities (Grant - UK)The trust has made the decision that for the immediate future (including the June and October meetings), its grant-making will be focused on - charities that are well-placed to support vulnerable communities through this crisis (previous grant recipients will be prioritised, but it may consider new charities to us as an exception)
- supporting charities with which it has an existing relationship to overcome funding challenges caused by the COVID-19 crisis.
When considering applications, the trust will be interested in understanding whether or not applicants have explored all the options for financial support, including government schemes and emergency funds. The trust supports registered charities / CIOs with an annual income £200,000 - £10 million (newly established charities and preservation charities are exempt) that operate at a national or at least county or regional level in England, Scotland, or Wales excluding Greater London. They should be working to produce significant impact in one of the priority areas - youth opportunities, general welfare, conservation, preservation, Africa, peace and humanitarian support. |
