Inspire South Tyneside is delighted to announce a series of six, free Zoom fundraising workshops for 2021, delivered by GLT Partners and funded by the DCMS National Emergencies Trust Big Night In Fund at the Community Foundation.
If you’re aiming to get a larger project off the ground, you will need to be able to plan ahead and produce a business plan before you can consider applying for longer term or larger amounts of funding. This session will cover the basics of market research, what a good operational plan looks like, how to describe your team, your impact, finances and risk assessment.
The workshops are free to charitable organisations based or working in South Tyneside. Aimed at smaller to medium sized organisations, the workshops will equip people new to fundraising with the basic skills you need to be successful. The series will concentrate on making applications to trusts and foundations, whilst giving you a good understanding of how to sell your organisation effectively. The workshops will also act as a refresher for more experienced people who wish to broaden their understanding or strengthen their applications.
