The Innovation SuperNetwork are working in collaboration with Dynamo to bring you this panel discussion about remote working and help to answer those burning tech questions such as ‘what’s the best video conferencing software?’ and ‘how can I use tech to keep in touch with my remote team?’.

Our panel line up:
Ruth Plater, CEO at Radial Path
Radial Path is a close-knit team of industry experts and marketing specialists in the fast-moving global tech and telco industries.

James Hall, Partner UK North/CEO, Orange Bus
Orange Bus is a leader in service and experience design, helping global organisations, brands and government departments to deliver authentic, profitable and engaging user interactions. Orange Bus is part of Capita, which employs over 60,000 globally, many of whom are involved in contact centre operations and front line public services.

Paul Armstrong, Digital Infrastructure Programme Manager at North of Tyne Combined Authority
Paul is an experienced enterprise architect and technical project Manager, with experience in IT Service Management, IT Strategy, and Digital Transformation at a city scale. He is currently working on rolling out fibre connectivity in rural Northumberland.

The panel will be hosted by Laura Kemp, cluster engagement manager at Dynamo.
Laura has a number of years' experience working remotely with a variety of SMEs who have all used different tech to communicate, and will tap into her experience of what does and does not work.

We know this is really difficult time for all small businesses and we hope to offer some guidance for north east SMEs who are allowing their teams to work remotely, potentially for the first time, to cut through all the noise and share our favourite tech tools and top tips from personal experience.

The Innovation SuperNetwork is part-funded by the ERDF: Catalysing Innovation in North East Clusters, receiving up to £1.24m as part of the European Structural & Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020.
