Whether you regularly deal with beneficiaries alone or you occasionally work late in an empty office, having some basic knowledge about good practice can literally be a life saver. If you are a manager responsible for lone workers then you also have a duty of care to your staff. This half-day course will provide you with a solid introduction to lone working and will point you to other useful resources.

• Understand the principles of safe lone working.
• Identify common risk factors and how to mitigate them.
