The Innovation SuperNetwork has joined forces with the Knowledge Transfer Network and North East regional universities to deliver an online workshop to help SMEs interested in enhancing their business’ potential for growth through a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP).
This session will give businesses an overview of how KTPs work, with case studies from two local companies who have seen success through the Innovate UK-funded model.
Boost your business with an innovative university collaboration. The FREE event will give businesses interested in learning more, information on:
- How a KTP works, and how academic expertise can support a business to innovate and grow.
- The potential business benefits with the real-world experiences of local Platinum Electrical Engineering and Royston Diesel Power.
- The new Management KTP, and how it could enhance the business management function of participating SMEs.
Knowledge Transfer Partnerships support collaboration between highly innovative businesses and the country’s knowledge base, (universities and research organisations). In the North East, all five regional universities (Newcastle University, Northumbria University, University of Sunderland, Durham University and Teesside University) offer expertise and access to the Knowledge Transfer Partnership programme.
