This free webinar from the Virgin Money Foundation provides an opportunity to reflect on how to maximise performance whilst maintaining our mental health when working in a different way than we are used to. It will explore ways to take some control back over our working lives and to deal effectively with the psychological changes we are all experiencing.
The session will orientate people towards meaning, purpose and hope, and help them to think about how their lives can be improved once the crisis is over.
Dr Rob Archer from Cognacity, in conjunction with Virgin Money Foundation, will be delivering a talk with a Q&A after on all things around performance and resilience. This exclusive session will cover:
• The perception vs reality of working from home / in a different location / environment to what we are used to
• The three main psychological phases that people will pass through
• Specific evidence-based ideas, tools and resources to deal with each phase including how to create the right environment, set boundaries, high performance routines and identify opportunities
• The key factors in generating hope, purpose and meaning out of the crisis
For participants to make the best use of the session numbers are limited. Registration will close at 5pm on Monday 26th October. In the first instance spaces are limited to two individuals per organisation.
The webinar will be delivered by Zoom. You will receive a link once registered on eventbrite.
