Want to find out about collaborative and collective leadership and what it means for you - as individuals, organisations and across our region?
At North East Together’s 18th event you’ll hear from the eight collaborations set up following the NE Collaboration Conference in November 2018, funded through the collaboration action fund. The collaborations will share what they’ve achieved so far; how different sized organisations from different sectors built relationships, shared learning, created shared goals and worked on shared actions and, what happened when things got tough. You’ll also hear about collaborative action fund evaluation findings.
This event will help thinking about collaborative and collective leadership and what it means. You’ll come with your own questions but you may want to consider:
· What do I need to do to grow and practise my collaborative and collective leadership skills and behaviours?
· What does collaborative and collective leadership mean for my organisation? What needs to change, what do we need to start or stop doing? What do we need to do more of? Who are we not collaborating that could help make the difference we need to?
· How do we in the region need to work together so collaboration is the norm? How do the different sectors need to work together so the region works for everyone?
It will be an interactive event with time for you to reflect on the theme of the night, take part in group discussions, and meet other North East Together members through guided, and informal, networking.
Please book your place via Eventbrite and share this with anyone you think will be interested.
