Following the success of the Big Lottery funded project 'Live Well', Tyne and Wear Archives and Museums are launching the first block in the series of the monthly social events for Key workers working with older peoples groups in the region.
These social meet ups will be a chance for key workers to discuss recent projects they have done with older people and museums, support each other with creative ideas and bring examples of projects they have been working on along to discuss and develop.
There will also be the opportunity to present future project ideas in an informal and supportive environment.
At each session there will be a creative activity to learn more about what the museums can offer you when working with your groups.
There are two sessions:
- Wednesday 17 July in Wallsend
- Wednesday 31 July in South Shields
