The QA Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering (QCF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification designed for those working, or planning to work, in the food catering industry.
The course takes up to 6 hours, including a test paper (30 multiple-choice questions)
Please note lunch is not provided on this course.
