The organisation

Our courses are free at the point of delivery and have earned a positive reputation amongst people with learning disabilities and the individuals and organisations who support them.

For more information on our organisation please visit www.josephineandjackproject.co.uk.  For information on the role please see contact details below.

The role

Due to increasing demand for our courses and an ambitious strategy to expand our reach, we are recruiting an enthusiastic and highly organised Administrator/Projects Officer to join the Josephine and Jack team. The role would suit someone who is interested in how small charities operate and has, or wants to gain, experience in administration and/or the charity sector.

The Administrator/Projects Officer will work alongside the Chief Executive to provide essential administrative support and take the lead on a variety of projects in response to the charity’s needs and priorities. This is a newly created role and would suit someone with administrative experience who can hit the ground running and help shape our internal processes. You will contribute to all aspects of the Josephine and Jack Project, from fundraising and promotion to course delivery and impact evaluation. You will be willing and able to undertake routine tasks such as printing and laminating, as well as being confident in taking on more demanding and creative projects, approaching all work with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
