Looking for a job that values creativity and great teamwork?
This Charity wants to make a big difference and we're looking for a natural leader to support the development and delivery of best practice services.
WWiN is a growing organisation with new projects under development and creative ideas to take forward. We now need to strengthen our senior management team through the appointment of an Assistant Director.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Management Team to deliver high-quality services for our clients, overseeing the day to day co-ordination and management of the services and supporting the development of new service areas.
We are looking for someone with relevant experience in a senior role, a proven track record, preferably in a charity context and experience of supporting vulnerable clients within a quality assurance framework. They will be organised in leading, managing, inspiring and supporting a diverse team across different sites.
They will be able to create excellent partnership relationships and have strong communication skills.
In return we offer a flexible and supportive environment, the opportunity for self development and learning, competitive rates of pay, and a great team of people to work alongside.
If you want to be part of the change that will improve the lives of people affected by domestic and sexual abuse, we would love to hear from you.
