This post is part of the Communications and External Affairs Directorate which is responsible for the income generation, press and media, campaigning, communications, external business and partnerships functions of the charity.
Candidates should be educated to degree level with a proven track record in income generation. You will have at least 2 years’ experience in fundraising or business development preferably within the Third Sector. You will be creative, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to write for a variety ofaudiences. Good numeracy skills and the ability to draft a budget are also required. Enthusiasm and being able to work as part of a team are a must, as is empathywith NEA’s charitable aims.
