As an integral member of the Tyneside & Northumberland Mind’s Counselling team, the Clinical Lead will be responsible for maintaining the clinical standards of Tyneside and Northumberland Mind’s counselling services and to liaise with fellow managers, counsellors and GP practices to ensure that the counselling services are delivered, as per our contractual requirements.
The post holder will work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver, manage and develop the counselling services. To provide clinical supervision and line management to the Counselling Team.
The post is for 28 hours per week, and this will include: supervision/line management, plus clinical counselling hours (telephone/face to face) to be discussed at interview and management time.
