We are now looking for Contact Centre Advisors to join our amazing Consumer Team.

Opportunity to join our Consumer team

Our team of Consumer Telephone Advisors help people to know about their rights and responsibilities associated with the purchase of goods and services, and provide Trading Standards Authorities with the essential intelligence they need to protect people from rogue traders.

If you enjoy problem solving and have proven experience of providing advice and guidance on complex issues, we can offer training so you are able to gain the comprehensive consumer law knowledge you will require to undertake this role, we would be love to talk to you about this opportunity.

Expected start date: 22/11/2021

Although circumstances may change as we continue to review our position, most of the workforce are currently working remotely from home, with the additional option to work from our office in Gateshead
