An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Relations Advisor to support the efficient and effective organisation of the North East NHS Independent Complaints Advocacy service and provide a telephone contact to all our service users.
Based at our Gateshead office, this is a high quality and dynamic service that provides the first point of contact for North East NHS Independent Complaints Advocacy that empowers patients, carers and service users to identify and act upon the service options or choices available to them.
Taking telephone calls from patients, carers and service users, you’ll capture accurate data so you can scope appropriate solutions for clients – you’ll need to demonstrate resilience, discretion and patience whilst being a very clear communicator
