Nepacs is a regional charity which supports positive futures for prisoners and their families. 

Nepacs has been awarded National Lottery Community Fund grant to develop an exciting new project over the next three years to improve advice and support for prisoners and their families when they first come into custody.

We are seeking to recruit a Co-ordinator who will recruit and train volunteers to establish a telephone helpline, develop new advice and support materials to assist with benefits and debt issues for families, and manage all aspects of the project. 

All applicants will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience of working with families and disadvantaged groups; experience in delivery of one to one and group work sessions, a relevant qualification in social care or equivalent and a passion for making a difference.

These contracts are fixed term and are subject to Prison Service vetting, DBS checks and pre employment checks.
