Our mission is to end rape and sexual violence in Darlington and Country Durham by supporting and empowering women and girls.
We a looking for a dynamic individual with strong communications skills and experience, that wants to bring this to a small local charity and join us in working to end rape and sexual violence in Darlington and County Durham
RSACC was established in 1990 and now supports over 750 survivors each year. We are a charity run by and for women We offer free, safe support to all women over 13 who have experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives. Over the past 18 months we have made significant investment into our digital infrastructure and developed a communication strategy. We now want to bring in this new role to support us to continue to develop our ability to campaign and fundraise through developing a pool of supporters who are motivated by and committed to ending sexual violence and supporting survivors.
The role will report to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer. The position is for 18 hours a week which can be worked flexibly across the week upon agreement. Agile working is encouraged, and the role can be worked flexibly between our office base in the centre of Darlington and home working. The post is initially for 18 months, with the intention to extend subject to funding and satisfactory delivery of objectives.
Salary - £24,313 pro rata Hours- 18 hours/week
