37.5 Hours Per Week (Full Time)
As Executive Assistant, you will bring the necessary knowledge, skills, flexibility and initiative, to support the Chief Executive by carrying out admininistrative duties that supports the governance structure of the Charity.
You will work closely with the Chief Executive and be responsible for supporting the Board meetings, acting as minute taker and organiser, distributing the necessary agendas and papers.
You will assist managers with day to day administration of the Charity's business.
Our ideal candidate will have significant previous experience of the Charity Sector, with strong evidence of providing support to Trustees and Board Meetings. However, full training and support will be provided to candidates who have transferable skills.
