Family Intervention Co-ordinator – Youth & Families – Maternity Cover, part time (20 hrs pw), £21,312 pro rata

We are seeking to recruit for maternity cover for A Way Out’s Family Intervention Project RISE (Reach Inspire Support Encourage) which supports the existing A Way Out Youth project that works with vulnerable young people.  The Family Intervention provision is integrated into the A Way Out Youth project and features within the outcomes and measures for the work stream of the project.

The RISE Project works with families to support & motivate them to make positive changes within their lives. The project aims to work in a respectful, holistic and motivational way to respond to the families’ needs as individuals and as a family. The project can support needs such as family breakdown, parenting support, managing children’s behaviour etc

The role of the Family Intervention Co-ordinator is to receive referrals, deliver the Family Intervention work and support the staff of the Youth AWO project in relation to working with families and enhancing the health and well-being of children and young people.
