Linskill and North Tyneside Community Development Trust (LNTCDT) have a vacancy for an experienced Finance and Operations Manager to join its Senior Management Team operating from its premises within the Linskill Centre in North Shields. 

LNTCDT completed the community asset transfer of the Linskill Centre in 2006 and has developed it into   a thriving community facility, attracting 10,000 visits per month and providing a range of community services and activities to the North Tyneside population. The Trust now employs over 60 members of staff across eight departments and has an annual turnover of £1.3 million.

Ideally, the Finance and Operations Manager will understand our sector and key stakeholders, as well as possessing a demonstrable track record of setting strategic enablers to achieve the best possible outcomes, to ensure the Trust  continue to meet the upcoming and ever-changing needs of our diverse community.

The Finance and Operations Manager will play a significant role as part of our Senior Management Team where professionalism is valued and commitment to providing quality community services and welcoming ideas underpins our work and endeavours.  The role will ensure organisational effectiveness by providing: leadership in financial and operational matters, budget development and management, annual audit and associated reporting to funders and stakeholders. The operations side of the role encompasses the management of   IT, governance, and developing and supporting income generation and fundraising. 

The post is 40 hours per week, £33,000 per annum. All job offers with LNTCDT are conditional on satisfactory DBS check, references and a probationary period of three months.
