Family Gateway is an award-winning North East charity that is committed to using local people to deliver enterprising community-led solutions to families, children, young people and communities.
We want to appoint a talented person who will help us raise funds for our important work, who will tell everyone about the work we do and who is passionate about making a positive difference.
The person we are seeking for this role will be ambitious and innovative, with strong analytical skills and an excellent networker and influencer. You will have several years’ experience of fundraising with a focus on growth, we are particularly interested in a background in digital fundraising and/or corporate or community fundraising
We’d love to hear from you if you are an engaging and proactive person with experience of fundraising who will:
- Generate new income for our charity
- Raise awareness of the work we do
- Ensure fundraising becomes a sustainable source of income
- Support and develop our fundraising volunteers
- Plan and deliver fundraising campaigns and activities
You will need to show that you have:
- Fundraising experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence in using social media
- Experience of working with volunteers
