1 full time post - Citizens Advice Darlington - This role is working with claimants face to face, telephone & webchat.
1 full time post - Citizens Advice Redcar & Cleveland - This role is working with claimants face to face, telephone & webchat.
1 part time post (16 hrs) - situated at either location - This role is working with claimants by telephone & webchat.
Delivering ‘Help to Claim: Universal Support’ service offering end-end support to help service users make a new Universal Credit claim and be ready when their first payment arrives.
We are looking for advisers with good IT skills to support clients to make & complete their new Universal Credit claim, as well as a commitment to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice Service.
You’ll have the ability to interview clients using sensitive listening and questioning skills to get to the root of the issues and empower clients, whilst maintaining structure and control meetings.
