We are looking for a Mobilisation Manager to join our fantastic and committed team in north east. The post is new and exciting!
Do you have an experience in the housing sector? Do you have a proven track record of developing strong relationships and working with a range of cross-organisational stakeholders? Do you have a person centred approach and can you build positive relationships with the local community?
Do you have project management skills? Are you a problem solver who welcomes a challenge? Can you drive delivery to ensure the timely closing of tasks to meet deadlines?
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills who will inspire others to approach new challenges in order to deliver mobilisation plans for new and exciting contracts.

Changing Lives is a national charity that supports over 14,500 people each year. We are a well-respected, growing organisation dedicated to supporting the most vulnerable people across the UK.
We began as a soup run supporting people who were homeless in the North East over 45 years ago, and are proud to still have our main base and central office in the North East. Since 1970, our services have grown and developed to support people experiencing a wide range of personal challenges, including addiction and recovery programmes, employment guidance, help for people in prison or on probation, and support for people experiencing sexual exploitation or domestic abuse.

To work with people to ensure they have the skills and resilience to live independently and to ensure the safety and security of all residents living in Changing Lives accommodation.
