Integrated Services Coordinator

Up to 37 hours per week

Up to £22,351 per annum (dependent on agreed working week)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Services Coordinator who will promote the uptake of children and family services within the Inner West Community Family Offer.  You will work to provide information, advice and guidance about childhood and family services in venues throughout the area and by carrying out targeted home visits
