COMMUNITY & LOCALITY MANAGER
£25,340 - £28,627 p.a. (36.25 hours), plus Pension Scheme
Age UK North Tyneside is looking for an organised and experienced manager to support the charity services to implement and deliver our new 2025 strategy, contributing to the organisations mission ‘to help people make more of life’.
The Community & Locality Manager is tasked with effectively managing teams and volunteers to help them achieve their objectives by providing much needed services to the community which promote independence, respect and dignity, encouraging a love for later life.
The successful candidate will develop and implement locality plans identifying a wide range of community development projects for the four areas of the borough using a community asset approach while raising funds to help deliver these.
This person is also responsible for managing a portfolio of mixed projects that support our offer which includes monitoring returns, budgeting, evaluation and customer feedback.
