Passionate people work here
Are you ready to join an organisation that strives to make a difference for people with mental health issues?
We’re looking for a special person to drive forward our marketing and communications work.
This is a great opportunity for a marketing and communications professional to play a pivotal role in Teesside’s leading mental health charity; helping us to succeed and enabling us to maximise our contribution to our local communities.
This is a newly created permanent post. Full-time hours are 36.5 per week but we can be flexible with hours of work. If you can help us:
- Raise the profile of the organisation and our services
- Lead the mental health conversation
- Set the agenda for action
- Position us as Teesside’s public champion for mental health issues
We would love to hear from you. You will be part of our leadership team, shaping and managing our marketing and communications strategy and delivering engaging campaigns and communications across multiple channels to a range of stakeholders promoting our organisation and showcasing the importance of maintaining good mental health.
You will line manage our Fundraising Officer to ensure our fundraising activities are embedded within the marketing and communications strategy to maximise impact and income generation.
In return, we can offer you flexible working, a generous holiday allowance (34 days including Bank Holidays (FTE) when you start), free parking, company sick pay, training and development, high street discounts, pension scheme and access to well-being advice and support for you and your family.
Next year we will celebrate our 25th anniversary. That means for 25 years we have been making a difference to the lives of people in Middlesbrough and Stockton. We are passionate about doing even more in our communities. Could you be the person that helps us as we celebrate this milestone and helps us achieve our ambition?
