Citizens Advice County Durham are excited to announce that they are actively seeking to recruit a Service Manager – Money Advice to proactively lead the Money Advice team and ensure the effective service delivery of the project. The successful post holder will be responsible for fostering a positive working culture whilst ensuring a high quality, multi-channel money advice service is provided to clients covering the full range of debt issues.
Key Tasks will include:
Leading the money advice team ensuring a high quality, multi-channel money advice service is provided to clients covering the full range of debt issues.
Ensuring Performance and compliance under the Money and Pensions Service Debt Advice Peer Assessment (DAPA), working closely with the Money Advice Project Supervisor.
Encouraging good teamwork and lines of communication between all members of their directorate.
Planning and allocating work, monitoring achievement of deadlines, targets/forecasts and supporting staff as appropriate.
Conducting frequent meetings with the debt caseworker team and share best practice.
If you; have recent or ongoing experience in managing or supervising a high quality Money Advice service to Money & Pension Service and FCA standards, Demonstrable experience of leading and managing employees effectively, including addressing areas of poor performance then we want to hear from you!
