The post holder will play an instrumental role in the final year of the highly-successful Ageing Better Middlesbrough programme, maximising the benefit to local older people and ensuring the programme leaves a lasting legacy. They will lead on the sharing of learning across all stakeholders to ensure the programme’s legacy. They will manage Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind’s direct service delivery and sub-contractor provision to the end of the programme.

Hours of work can range from 30 to 36.5 hours per week.
This job is fixed term until 31st March 2022.
