Award-winning youth charity Headliners is looking for a talented project manager to manage our NCS youth programme and a project working with care-experienced young people. You will be passionate about working with young people, have a strong track record of performance management, and be an excellent communicator who is experienced in developing and managing partnerships.
We have successfully delivered the National Citizen Service NCS youth programme for the past six years and are now looking for an individual to take on the management of the programme for the next stage of development.
Headliners has received three-year’s funding from the Lloyds Bank Foundation Invest Fund for our Digital Transitions project to develop and scale up the delivery of our recently completed pilot project which trailed a flexible and holistic model of supporting care leavers aged 16-25 to build resilience, make positive choices and take steps towards self-sufficiency by engaging in further learning and the world of work.
The ideal candidate to take on these two projects will be someone who is passionate about raising the voice of young people, comfortable at engaging with and building trust with groups of young people and vulnerable individuals and who can communicate easily with a variety of stakeholders at various levels. You will have a strong track record of performance management and a proven track record of developing and managing partnerships.
