A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Proposition Development Manager to join our friendly and hard-working organisation!

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, as a Proposition Development Manager, you will support our growth plans by owning the design and development of propositions, bringing together cross-functional experts to build services that deliver impact and social value.

The post holder will ensure our services are differentiated, competitive and compelling whilst being responsive to both health and social care system and service user needs. With a passion for purpose-led development, you will be a commercial and creative thinker with the ability to influence innovative change in a complex environment.  

Please note, this role is remote with regular travel in and around the North East of England.  

 

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience of leading the development and delivery of new propositions within health and social care systems  
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to manage end-to-end proposition design and development from discovery to delivery
  • A track record of getting business proposals developed, agreed, and implemented
  • Visual storytelling skills to bring concepts to life in a way that excites stakeholders about new services
  • Well-developed influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work across multiple projects and prioritise tasks in a timely manner
