As Registered Manager, you will bring the necessary knowledge, skills, flexibility, insight and initiative to ensure that the Charity is prepared in every way, to fulfil their statutory obligations which will underpin excellence in their overall care and support service provision.

You will be responsible for staff and residents in a 24-hour residential care service as the CQC registered manager including day resident opportunities for people and supportive respite care.

Our ideal candidate will have:-

  • NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
  • Registered Managers Award
  •  2 years senior level experience of managing a 'Good' CQC rated care and support service for older people in a residential care setting
