Children North East are seeking to employ a motivated and outstanding Senior Administrator with experience in setting up and managing efficient office based processes to aid the running and ongoing development of our thriving Young Peoples Service.
The post will support the Children North East Young Peoples Service who deliver a number of services in the North East. The role will involve managing the office, developing new processes, exploring efficiencies and supporting our brilliant counsellors and Youth Team.
The individual must be pro-active, confident and have a willingness to invest in their own continued professional development. If you have the above values and behaviours along with the relevant experience, knowledge, skills and abilities then you could be the person we are looking for.
Main Responsibilities include;
Provision of day to day support for the CNE Young Peoples Service, including their counselling, peer mentoring and youth work programmes in the North East.
To co-ordinate the CNE Young Peoples Service marketing strategy in line with Children North East’s Communications Team.
To provide reception duties and efficient administration support for the CNE Young Peoples Service.
To maintain effective and efficient administration standards and CIVICRM system data health throughout the Young Peoples Service team.
To support the Counselling and Youth Team managers with their project monitoring requirements.
