Passionate people work here!

Are you ready to join an organisation that works hard to make a difference for local people?

Owing to the current pandemic, this role is required to work flexibly between home and an office location.

We’re looking for an experienced manager to lead a team of Social Prescribing Link Workers who are delivering a person-centred, flexible and dynamic Social Prescribing service in five Primary Care Networks across Teesside.

You will be responsible for ensuring the service is safe and effective but also helping to develop the service in partnership with GPs and Practice Staff.

The job description and person specification will tell you more about this fantastic new role.

In return, we can offer you flexible working, a generous holiday allowance (34 days including Bank Holidays (FTE) when you start), free parking, company sick pay, training and development, high street discounts, pension scheme and access to well-being advice and support for you and your family.

“Working at M&S Mind I feel I have been totally blessed to work alongside such lovely and talented people who are passionate about what they do to help others. I have learnt so much, not only from all of the staff and other professionals I have come into contact with but also the 272 people I have worked with and supported.” Quote from a member of staff March 2019

Deadline for Applications is Monday 2nd November, 12pm.

Formal Interviews for shortlisted applicants will be held on Monday 9th November. Interviews will take place either face to face or via an online platform.
