Opportunity to join our Community Advice team

Our team of Social Welfare Advisers work alongside our generalist advice team and caseworkers providing quality impartial advice, information and guidance over the phone and face-to-face supporting our clients with a full range of social welfare issues including welfare benefits, employment, money advice, community care, energy, discrimination and housing.

If you enjoy problem solving and have proven experience of providing social welfare advice, information and guidance on the phone or face-to-face, you can use sensitive listening and questioning skills to get to the root of an issue and empower clients, we would be love to talk to you about this opportunity.

Although circumstances may change as we continue to review our position, most of the workforce are currently working remotely from home, with the additional option to work from our office in Gateshead.
