About Healthwatch North Tyneside
We are the independent voice for users of health and social care services. We provide information so people can access services, listen to people’s views and experiences, hear feedback about services and work with service providers and commissioners to better respond to people’s needs.
We are a small local charity with a commitment to improving local health and social care services.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for new volunteers to join our board of trustees. As a trustee you will play a vital role in setting our direction, overseeing our work and working with health and social care providers to improve services.
We want to hear from anyone who wants to make a real difference to people’s lives in North Tyneside. We are looking for at least three people to joining our trustees, including someone to be our treasurer.
We are actively encouraging applications from people in under-represented groups, to help shape a culture that supports and engages everyone.
You should have the skills and experience to help us deliver our aims, and at least 3 hours a month available to contribute.
