Are you an experienced project coordinator, self-motivated with significant community engagement and partnership working experience? Could you communicate effectively with a variety of audiences to promote collaboration within the health and wellbeing field?
If so, you could be who we are looking for!
VONNE is looking to recruit a Partnerships Officer to support the delivery and implementation of the North East and North Cumbria (NENC) VCSE Leadership Programme, ensuring VCSE sector input and engagement across the NENC Integrated care System (ICS).
The role of the VCSE Health and Wellbeing Partnerships Officer is to support the development of networks in VCSE organisations involved in health and wellbeing across the North East and North Cumbria. You will promote collaboration between these organisations and statutory health and care commissioners and providers, contributing to the collective aim, which is to improve the health and wellbeing of our population.
You will have strong organisational skills and be adept at managing competing priorities and working under your own initiative, whilst also working well in a team environment.
The role is for 22.2-29.6 hours per week and is offered as a 12 month secondment or fixed term contract.
You will be working within VONNE, the regional support body for the North East VCSE sector, in a friendly and supportive team. VONNE is based at MEA House, a hub for charities in Newcastle upon Tyne city centre, but due to the nature of the role, travel across the region will be required.
