The main purpose of the role is to contribute to and assist in the delivery of the Award-Winning Victoria Tunnel Tours, presenting a welcoming and helpful point of contact for the Trust. The person will take face-to-face, online and telephone bookings, maintain a presentable, well stocked range of shop merchandise, and work with the Victoria Tunnel Coordinator to ensure smooth operation of tours and special events.
It is part time (30 hours per week) to cover maternity leave.
