Phase 2 of the Building Better Opportunities: Wise Steps Programme enables us to recuit a new Wise Steps Coach on a fixed term contract until June 2021.
The purpose of this role is to provide high quality support, guidance and mentoring to people on the Wise Steps programme. Coaches will work in a collaborative way with individuals to drive transformational change by utilising experise, skills and a wide range of strategies to positively challenge and overcome barriers to achieve progression in the particpants personal journey. Participants on the programme will be facing multiple, complex needs which affect their confidence and ability to move towards or get into work. The Coach will provide advice and guidance to participants, encouraging them to find new approaches to tackle this issues.
The programme is a partnership apporach working with specialist organisations across North Tyneside to help people achieve the best outcomes.
This post will be 30 hours per week worked across 4 days - Monday to Thursday.
