Teesside University, School of Health and Social Care Assessment of public perception of community water fluoridation in the UK.

Teesside Universtiy would like to invite you to participate in a web-based online survey.

The purpose of the survey is to assess the awareness of the general population in the UK regarding fluoridation of drinking water and gauge their attitude towards it.

An optional follow-up email interview is proposed to provide participants who wish to express their opinions on water fluoridation in detail, the opportunity to do so.

There are no direct benefits to you from participating in this study. However, your responses may help us learn more about public opinion on water fluoridation in the UK and help guide policymaking in the field of public health in the UK.
 
This web survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the UK to take this survey.
