Cranfield Trust supports voluntary sector organisations addressing poverty, social exclusion and disability with free management advice. They are celebrating their 30th anniversary in 2019 and want to use their anniversary year to help charities to be as prepared as possible for the political and economic challenges facing our sector.
They will be doing this in the following ways:
- Expanding their free management consultancy services to reach more charities than ever before.
- This Spring, they will launch a new mentoring service to charity managers across Scotland, England and Wales.
- Later in the year, they will be introducing a telephone advice service so that organisations with an immediate problem, or who would find a conversation with an external adviser helpful, can get quick access to management advice.
- Through HRNet they will continue to provide specialist and tailored HR advice and information, and they will deliver an expanded series of masterclasses on key management topics.
All of these services are available to charities on a ‘pro bono’ basis.
