Cascading Leadership by The King's Fund provides an invaluable free opportunity for leaders working in health and wellbeing organisations in the voluntary and community sector to develop their leadership skills and receive practical support.
It is built on a peer-to-peer model where an experienced leader from the sector supports another, meeting at least five times over a period of nine months, with support and supervision from senior staff at The King’s Fund.
There is no charge for the programme, which is valued at £5,800 for each pair and the next course starts in March 2020.
Applications are especially welcomed for consultants and partners from black and minority ethnic communities, as people from these groups have been underrepresented on previous courses.
The closing date is 9th December 2019. Apply at kingsfund.org.uk/courses/cascading-leadership-programme.
