Develop exceptional leadership for uncertain times - new executive education programmes at Newcastle University Business School
Newcastle University Business School is offering new executive education master's programmes to help today’s leaders navigate the challenges of the future.
The 24-month part-time master's level programmes - an executive MBA, and MScs in strategic leadership and coaching and mentoring, will prepare leaders and managers for a future they can help shape, and give them the knowledge and skills to lead in changing workplace contexts. The programmes are designed for experienced professionals looking to study while they work, with three-day study blocks a month to help participants balance personal and professional commitments. Skills developed on these courses can be used in the workplace, facilitating immediate positive impacts in both the organisation and individual.
Cohorts will be made up of senior professionals from the private, public and voluntary sectors, who are already in, or aspiring to be in, leadership roles, wanting to shape their organisation’s future and develop their own career.
Students will join a support network of leaders learning together and bringing new ideas to address real challenges for organisational performance. They will join an ever-growing network of Newcastle University Business School alumni to unlock opportunities for lifelong learning and networking beyond the programme.
Degree apprenticeship routes are also available on some programmes, allowing eligible levy paying organisations and SMEs access to government funding.
