Sage Foundation's Enterprise Fund launch - 22nd February 2017

The Sage Foundation will be launching its new open grants Enterprise Fund on 22nd February 2017

The Sage Enterprise Fund is designed to support organisations who are looking to create new initiatives, generate further income or enhance existing and proven activity.

  • Build Upon Success - Creating new initiatives that build on your existing success and support your overall mission.
  • Strengthen your organisation - Finding ways to generate further income to make your organisation stronger and able to develop new work.
  • Support growth - Growing proven and existing activity so that the work you do will have an impact on more people's lives.


Who can benefit?

The New Sage Foundation Enterprise Fund is open to applications that will deliver real change to young people, women, and military veterans lives around the world, whilst also supporting your organisation to thrive.  We are particularly interested in applications that demonstrate an enterprising approach and innovative solutions to issues in your community, which in turn supports and inspires others.

All applications that fulfil our eligibility criteria will be considered. However, we are especially keen to support organisations that are currently small but have ambitions to expand, grow and deliver sustainable change.

In order qualify for the funding, your organisation must work with one of the following groups:

  • Young People (under 25)
  • Women and Girls
  • Military Veterans

What areas does your organisation specialise in?

Sage Foundation's Enterprise Fund is designed to support organisations who focus on a diverse and varied range of interest areas which benefit our three communities.  In order qualify for the funding, your organisation must work to address one of following areas of interest:

  • Health and Wellbeing
  • Education
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Entrepreneurship

Grant amounts and application dates

Grants will be awarded between £4,000 - £28,000
There will be two opportunities to apply in 2017: February and July
First round closing date 7th March 2017
