Year 3 of the Thrive Access to Employment scheme is officially open and it is looking to support people who are working to improve access to employment for those distant from the labour market.
There are 24 places available to work one to one with a dedicated Venture Manager who will tailor their support to your needs over six months, and you'll gain access to a specialised network, first class social impact measurement support and the opportunity to take on up to £50K of debt or equity investment.
Applicants will be game-changing social businesses that have been operating typically for between two and six years, improving access to employment for those who face significant struggles, and want to scale up and grow their already demonstrable social impact on groups such as (but not limited to) disabled people, ex-offenders and the homeless.
If you're a social venture with a clear mission and are looking to raise investment or find a mentor, and feel you could benefit from access to experts in business planning, financial modelling and routes to market, you're encouraged to apply. Applicants will be assessed on performance to date, potential for growth and profitability, and in return they'll have the opportunity to scale both the organisation and its impact rapidly.
Apply via the UnLtd website by the end of January 2020.
